Staff members

As a foundation you can only function well if you can rely on the staff members and teachers on site. We consider ourselves fortunate that this collaboration has been excellent for two decades. The girls and boys in Minethouk are under the inspiring leadership of the following staff members:

	U Tet Tun U Tet Tun has been committed to orphans around Inle Lake for over fifty years. We have been working with him since the foundation Care for Children was founded in 2002. He is the orphanage father and maintains contact with the board in the Netherlands and the local committee.
	U Brain Sang U Brain Sang is the senior staff member of the boys' orphanage. His duties are supervision, guidance and care of the boys. He also provides computer lessons.
	Daw Nilar Aye Daw Nilar Aye is the senior staff member of the girls' orphanage. Her duties are supervision, guidance and care of the girls. She also provides maths lessons and the vegetable garden is her responsibility.
	Daw Mya Sein Daw Mya Sein is the cook of both orphanages. The older girls take turns helping her. In Myanmar people eat three warm meals a day.
